Please complete the form below if you have a fundraiser you would like approved.
- Ten percent of the profits will be donated to the SCPA Scholarship Fund.
- All checks should be made payable to StageWorks Projects Parent Guild (or SWP Parent Guild).
- All fundraisers must be pre-approved by the Executive & Artistic Director.
- Leave a delivery cushion of a week if possible.
- When planning the fundraiser verify if there are no additional costs such as shipping.
- Determine if there is a commitment for minimum sales.
- Make sure to clearly communicate to all participants that checks are payable to SWP Parent Guild and that 10% of their profit will go towards the Scholarship Fund.
- The Fundraiser Totals Template (spreadsheet) should be used to submit totals to the Executive & Artistic Director and/or Business Manager. This spreadsheet will be provided once the fundraiser is approved.
