Scholarships and Financial Requests

Scholarships are available for financial assistance to provide tuition in part or in full for families in need of special consideration.  Please download and complete the Application Form.  Deadline for application is August 15th, contact the Artistic Director for more information.

Our Parent Guild also has fundraising opportunities in place where you can earn money towards tuition and balances with SCPA.

 

Dance Department Costume Policies

Costume Down Payment Information
Costume down payments (for showcase performances) of $40 per class are due with November Tuition.
If not received by the 10th of November, a costume WILL NOT be ordered.

Costume Balances
Costume balances are due in full with February Tuition.  If not received by the 10th of February, your account will be assessed a late fee of $25.

Note to SCPA Company Dancers:  Competition costume deposits are due on October 1st.

 

Notice to Terminate Enrollment

Clients wishing to terminate enrollment at SCPA must do so by completing, signing, and returning the form below.  We require a thirty (30) day notice which will be effective on the day it is received and SIGNED by our office.  (Please note:  the date of termination is effective when the form is signed by the SCPA office, NOT the date you completed the form.)  You will receive a signed copy of this form with verification of the effective date of termination.  Your account MUST be made current and brought to a zero balance at the time you submit this form.  You are responsible for paying for classes through the effective date of termination.

In the Dance and Drama Department if you discontinue a class or classes, you are still responsible for the cost of any/all costume(s) that have been ordered.  You will receive your costume when they arrive in mid-April, regardless of participation.

Termination of class will only be approved when the form below is received and signed by the SCPA office.  There are no exceptions.  Form may be dropped off at the main office at SCPA or mailed to 2320 Jackson St. Suite #1, Stoughton WI 53589.

Emails will not be accepted.
